This article, “Never Say Die: Live Forever”
raises a couple of interesting points, that could in all honesty, be somewhat controversial. One of these points stems from this line, “Biological evolution passed the baton of progress to human cultural and technological development…”
Is this a good thing? Has our rapid progress in the last couple of hundred years made us unaware of the bigger picture? How can we as human beings, as innovative as we are, regulate and shape our own evolution without causing harm to ourselves and everyone around us?
Food for thought…

I’m in the process of importing my blogs from a previous blog, and wordpress have a number of tools for importing these (very nice touch I might add). As can the case, RSS feed . Which I have just carried out, and it works!!! Very nice, one small thing though - it does not keep the date stamp of the original blog post, instead it inserts a generic “31/12/1969” date-stamp…
Not sure of if this is the fault of the script, or the RSS format… Or indeed the way the old blogging sofware generates the output xml! Might look at it later! (I’ve left and example here

Found this site when I was looking for information about one of my favourite books. I would recommend for people to read some of Gorky’s material.
