So over the last while, I have been wanting to re-design my site with more of an emphasis on photographs than anything else.

To that end, I’ve create the following site http://photography.eibrand.net

It showcase different types of images, and feature glimpses of ongoing projects (look out for the mannequin series…)

I drove by this boats (a Clyde Puffer apparently) mooring point at the weekend, and it looked like it was being dismantled. Apparently, once upon a time, somebody thought they might try and renovate it (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/scotland/3205371.stm )

Spotted on the road from Westport to Leenane. Old stone ruins like have a rugged character and untold story that sometimes stars out at you.

Old school buildings are intriguing.
They are part of a time when communities existed in rural areas, where no soccer mums lived and the suv’s did not hog the roads.

In their emptiness and solitude, they speak of a history of not so long ago, but long gone.
